  Travel Protection Plus continues to provide
  Cancel for Any Reason coverage along with the
  best pre-departure benefits in the industry.
• POST-DEPARTURE TRAVEL INSURANCE
  (Underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company)
  Trip Interruption – Reimburses unused hotel arrangements and
  additional costs for unforeseen circumstances.
  Travel Delay – Reimburses you up to $300000 per person expenses such
  as meals, lodging, and local transportation costs should you be delayed 6
  or more hours due to a defined Hazard, such as a Common Carrier Delay
  or Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).
  Missed Connection – Reimburses you up to $50000 per person for unused
  arrangements and additional transportation should you miss your
  departure due to a delay of at least 3 hours to 12 hours of all regularly
  scheduled flights due to a covered reason, such as adverse weather or
  Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).
• Baggage/Personal Property – Reimbursement for baggage or items lost,
  stolen, or damaged during your vacation.
  Baggage Delay – If, while on your Trip, your Baggage is delayed for more
  than 8 hours, the plan will pay up to $300 for the purchase of necessary
  additional clothing and personal articles.
  Emergency Evacuation – Pre-pays the cost of emergency medical
  transportation if serious medical issues arise.
  Medical Expense – Reimburses up to $50,000.00 per person for
  medical costs should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills
  during your trip.
  Travel Accident – Accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the
  event of loss of life or limb while flying.
• Cancellation Policy 
  Life happens, and plans can change—we get it! Here’s what to expect if you need to cancel:
  ✅ Complete Reservation Cancellation:
  You can cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of what you’ve paid, minus the cost of the travel insurance. That portion will be returned as travel-CREDITS or CASH-back (whichever option selected at time of booking).
  ⚠️ Individual Passenger Cancellation, with Others Still Going: 
  If you have either of the travel protection options on your officially booked reservation,  an individual can still cancel. However, if someone in the group needs to cancel, and other traveler(s) still want to go — the reservation would still need to be cancelled and remade at current market rates & availability. (It is not possible to add or swap passengers into an already booked reservation.)  To protect the trip investment of the other traveler(s), the additional cost for that change will be deducted from the travel credit/cash back of the traveler cancelling before it is issued.

To hold your room, a $350 per person deposit Is required between now and October 15, 2025. Then Half or More will be will be Due By December 31, 2025. It must be paid in full by February 15, 2026.

You are able to make as many payments in any amount by emailing or calling Memory Making Travel with that amount. They will use your card on file, but a payment will only be applied when it is authorized by you. So please call or email when you want an amount to be applied.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT AT THIS TIME, YOU CAN STILL BOOK YOUR ROOM, BUT YOU WILL NEED IT AT THE TIME OF TRAVEL.

In order to count as a guest to our wedding and all the associated events (including ceremony, reception, etc.), you have to be a counting member of our wedding group, which will be finalized through our Travel Agent, Hollie Schmitt. This is part of the standard “Groups” contract with the resort and Funjet Vacations.

Please note, once deposited and you need to cancel, you will be out the cost of the Travel Insurance and the balance left will be issued in the form of Future Travel Credit unless you indicate to Memory Making Travel that you want the cash back option and in that case you would be out the cost of  the Insurance and the balance would go back to the original form of payment.
