Deposit Information

To hold your room, a $250 per person deposit Is required at time of deposit. .   Full Payment due by November 20, 2026

You are able to make as many payments in any amount by emailing or calling Memory Making Travel with that amount. They will use your card on file, but a payment will only be applied when it is authorized by you.

TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM, PLEASE FILL OUT THE ONLINE FORMS BELOW AND SUBMIT BACK TO MEMORY MAKING TRAVEL. 

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT AT THIS TIME, YOU CAN STILL BOOK YOUR ROOM, BUT YOU WILL NEED IT AT THE TIME OF TRAVEL.  YOUR PASSPORT CAN NOT BE EXPIRING WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF YOUR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.  YOU COULD BE REFUSED ENTRY.  IT ALSO MUST BE A BOOK, NOT A CARD!

In order to count as a guest and all the associated events , you have to be a counting member of our Travel group, which will be finalized through our Travel Agent, Hollie Schmitt. This is part of the standard “Groups” contract with the resort and Funjet Vacations.

** If you were to cancel after Deposit, you would be out the ins. Cost. ( starting at $110 or start $185pp) depending on which you take and that will depend on your reservation cost and the rest that was paid will be given back in the form you requested ( cash back or travel credit) 
.
**The Travel ins. / Cashback ( more expensive) is if you were to cancel you would get your money back, minus the cost of insurance starts at $185.00pp. The Travel ins. / Travel Credit ( cheaper option) would be if you were to cancel it would go back in the form of a credit to the person listed on the reservation for 1 year from start of vacation date. It is non-transferable. Both have the same coverage. Starts at $75pp.  The pricing will depend on what the package price is.
