• The Travel Insurance that is included in the price is for Travel Credit to use on a future trip, minus the cost of ins.  If you would like the Cash back option, please let me know and it would be $160 more per person.

• POST-DEPARTURE TRAVEL INSURANCE

  Trip Interruption – Reimburses unused hotel arrangements and
  additional costs for unforeseen circumstances.
  Travel Delay – Reimburses you up to $300000 per person expenses such
  as meals, lodging, and local transportation costs should you be delayed 6
  or more hours due to a defined Hazard, such as a Common Carrier Delay
  or Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).
  Missed Connection – Reimburses you up to $50000 per person for unused
  arrangements and additional transportation should you miss your
  departure due to a delay of at least 3 hours to 12 hours of all regularly
  scheduled flights due to a covered reason, such as adverse weather or
  Quarantine (imposed by a physician or government authority).
• Baggage/Personal Property – Reimbursement for baggage or items lost,
  stolen, or damaged during your vacation.
  Baggage Delay – If, while on your Trip, your Baggage is delayed for more
  than 8 hours, the plan will pay up to $300 for the purchase of necessary
  additional clothing and personal articles.
  Emergency Evacuation – Pre-pays the cost of emergency medical
  transportation if serious medical issues arise.
  Medical Expense – Reimburses up to $50,000.00 per person for
  medical costs should you incur hospital charges or other medical bills
  during your trip.
  Travel Accident – Accidental death and dismemberment coverage in the
  event of loss of life or limb while flying

To hold your room, a $250 per person deposit Is required between now and November 1, 2021. Then Half or More of the reservation will be will be Due By November 2, 2021 and the cut off for new bookings ( as we have to give back unused rooms). It must be paid in full by December 15, 2021.

You are able to make as many payments in any amount by emailing or calling Memory Making Travel with that amount. They will use your card on file, but a payment will only be applied when it is authorized by you. So please call or email when you want an amount to be applied.

In order to count as a guest to our anniversary and all the associated events (including ceremony, reception, etc.), you have to be a counting member of our Anniversary group, which will be finalized through our Travel Agent, Hollie Schmitt. This is part of the standard “Groups” contract with the resort and Funjet Vacations.

Please note, once deposited and you need to cancel, you will be out the cost of the Travel Insurance and the balance left will be issued in the form of Future Travel Credit unless you indicate to Memory Making Travel that you want the cash back option and in that case you would be out the cost of  the Insurance and the balance would go back to the original form of payment.
